ü Initial:0.5 mg-4 mg 隨餐服用(BID~QID);
ü MAX 16 mg/day
ü severe renal impairment (CrCl 20-40 mL/min):從0.5 mg開始使用
ü   60-120 mg TID 30 minutes to 1 hour before meals
機轉
1.       藉由阻斷β-cell的ATP依賴性K+ 通道，使β-cell去極化，開啟Ca2+通道，產生脫顆粒作用，釋放胰島素。
2.       需要β-cell仍有分泌胰島素功能時才有作用。
3.       使用時需監測血糖值及HbA1c
4.       腎功能不良的需監測serum creatinine

Side effect
1.     Endocrine metabolic: Hypoglycemia
2.     Gastrointestinal: Diarrhea
3.     Musculoskeletal: Arthralgia
4.     Respiratory: Upper respiratory infection

1.     飯前15-30分鐘服用
