ü   藉由減少血管resistance來降血壓
ü   減少cardiac output, heart rate的效果沒有其他β-blocker好（可能是因為β2-agonist＞β2-antagonist）。
ü   HTN with bradyarrhythmia or peripheral vascular disease效果較好
